Sandra provided an outstanding service to our family at a very difficult time.
My uncle had passed away but he had already made arrangements for his funeral in advance. He did not want a pretentious commemoration of his life. When Sandra contacted us to ask us if she could gain some insight into his we therefore cautiously accepted.
She visited us on a Sunday, and asked questions in a very sensitive and compassionate way. Her demeanor (and that of her husband) immediately gave us an assurance she would satisfy my uncle's wishes. This allowed us to remember experiences we had shared with him that may have been forgotten.
The oration in the service was constructed with a warmth & thoughtfulness that brought a touching tribute to his life.
